This publisher of Libelle, Flair, Story, Humo,… launched a ‘MagStore’ application to offer digital reading (tablet + browser) to its subscribers in June 2012. I helped them in the realization of this project:

- coordination between business stakeholders and IT;
- defining customer journeys;
- functional analysis;
- preparation of launch communication; ...

In the almost 3 years I worked for this outdoor specialist, I took on:

- project management for the development of their first E-commerce site;
- launch of the loyalty scheme 'Explore More' with segmented e-mail marketing;
- digital marketing: SEA, display,...;
- introduction of social media: both strategy and operational management;
- project management for the opening of the first A.S.Adventure store in France;

When a company decides to start selling online, they will be confronted with more decisions to make then they can imagine. That is where my experience comes in handy: in the past I helped brands like A.S.Adventure and Essentiel Antwerp launch their first online shops.

Marketing

Once the site or webshop is launched, the real work can start. In order to attract the (right) visitors, a clear strategy needs to be put in place. In the past I realized good results with e-mail marketing, search engine marketing, social media, display,... while not forgetting about the interaction with offline marketing channels.

Project Management

If you want your project to become a success, you will need someone to motivate and control all resources involved. Someone that keeps an eye on 'the bigger picture' and that makes sure that the goal is achieved. With my pragmactic approach of getting things done, I can help you with this.

Digital strategy

About me

I decided to found C-Thru-Digital in 2011. Having worked for more then 13 years in several digital marketing functions, I felt the time was right to put my experience at the service of companies with a need for a (temporary) injection of knowledge of the ever evolving multi-channel landscape.

I really enjoy working as a freelance consultant because it gives me the opportunity to learn from different projects, technologies and company cultures, while sharing my experience with the people in the companies I work for. I also like the idea that it gives me the opportunity to participate in start-ups and new initiatives.
To keep abreast of new developments I regularly participate in seminars and trainings and constantly following up on professional literature.

I am living together with Luk, his thousands of books and our two daughters Lana and Ella.
